TOGether, was established in 2011 with the aim of fostering community engagement and collaboration. Since then, we have been dedicated to making a positive impact by supporting local initiatives, promoting sustainability, and empowering individuals.

This program includes three main initiatives: Guru Volunteers, Pawsitive Friends, and Inspire Her.

Guru Volunteers

Guru Volunteers, part of the TOGether program, involves all the volunteer initiatives designed to create meaningful, lasting change in the communities that surround us. Through monthly activities, Guru team members and partner organizations join forces to make an impact, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to giving back.

With strategic partnerships across all of The Office Gurus’ Nearshore Locations, the program organizes impactful initiatives such as beach cleanups, nursing home visits, and home construction projects. Pawsitive Friends

Through Pawsitive Friends, we demonstrate our commitment to compassion and community by supporting furry friends in need. This initiative embodies our belief in making a difference, one wagging tail at a time. By partnering with shelters, engaging in volunteer efforts, and encouraging adoption, we aim to create a brighter future for rescued animals.

Partnerships that make an impact

We’ve proudly joined forces with Adoptame, an organization that promotes responsible adoption and provides care for rescued animals. We’ve conducted impactful activities together at local shelters, including special visits to Don Tino’s shelter, where our volunteers have contributed by reorganizing spaces, cleaning, bathing newly rescued pups, and delivering essential supplies to support Don Tino’s mission of compassion.

A loving home for every friend

Through the Pawsitive Friends program, we actively encourage adoption, even within our team. Many of our recent furry friends have found their forever homes with our dedicated Gurus, but the work doesn’t stop there. Olivia and Pepe, two beloved rescued dogs adopted in 2017 and 2020, respectively, have become cherished members of our family, alongside Tuti. They inspire us to continue welcoming more dogs into Oli’s Garden, a nurturing space where our team provides temporary care until each dog is ready to join a loving family.

A mission of love and hope

Our efforts go beyond adoption drives. From bathing puppies and cleaning shelter spaces to providing supplies and emotional support, we strive to create a ripple effect of kindness. We are deeply grateful to Adoptame for helping us give each dog the chance to find a loving home.

InspireHer

InspireHer is a program designed to empower and inspire women at TOG by offering growth, wellness, and self-confidence initiatives. Over time, we have identified specific needs in our team members that we have the mission to support through this program:
