Jaimie Walter was promoted to Vice President of Operations, and Karla Machon has been promoted to Vice President of Nearshore Compliance. “Both Jaimie and Karla have played a significant role in the growth and success of our business, and their efforts have brought substantial value to our terrific client base,” said Dominic Leide, President. “Our team is very excited about the track record of success that both Jaimie and Karla are bringing with them to their new roles.”
Jaimie Walter joined the company in 2012, and has more than 20 years of call center operations and account management experience. This is Jaimie’s third promotion since joining the company. In her new role Jaimie will be responsible for ensuring that The Office Gurus delivers on its promise to be ultra-responsive, capitalize on every opportunity to facilitate our client’s growth, and to provide recommendations as to how The Office Gurus can improve the overall service it is delivering to its clients’ customers.
Karla Machon joined The Office Gurus in 2009 following more than 10 years of operation’s management. Karla Machon has played a pivotal role in The Office Gurus’ expansion in Central America, including the construction of our state of the art 1,200 seat center in El Salvador, and the company’s two call center locations in Belize.
As Vice President of Nearshore Compliance along with her continuing role as General Manager, her primary focus will be to ensure that we maintain our Customer 1st culture in both El Salvador and Belize as we continue to grow our business. Being the keeper of our culture will require that we continue to live by the TOG Values, increase our overall brand presence as it pertains to recruiting, stay ahead of compliance and continue to enhance our social responsibility efforts.
