For the fifth consecutive year, the FirstJob study reveals the Best Companies for Millennials and Centennials in El Salvador.
To highlight the most promising workplaces for U-35 (under 35) talent in El Salvador, FirstJob, a leader in the analysis of youth employability data, has presented the results of the Employers for Youth (EFY) (EFY) 2024 study in the country.

More than 1,400 young people from 19 companies participated in this year’s study, which identified organizations that offer excellent work environments for this segment. In its fifth edition, the study provides a unique perspective on the preferences and experiences of U-35 professionals, which impact employment dynamics in El Salvador and 15 other Latin American countries.
The findings capture multiple perspectives, grouped into 10 dimensions that capture respondents’ experiences such as recognition, work environment, reputation, and quality of life, among others. The study is a pioneer in the region in using a 100% quantitative and online methodology, establishing itself as the most comprehensive analysis for this segment in Latin America.
It covers the opinions of thousands of professionals from more than 19 companies, highlighting the top 10 and always ensuring the transparency and legitimacy of the results. Among the attributes that U-35 professionals value most when choosing a workplace are “Job Stability,” followed by “Learning and Development” and “Work Environment.” All these aspects are fundamental in this segment’s employment decisions.
