SEMINOLE, Fla., March 30, 2015 — The Office Gurus®, a global provider of call center solutions, today announced the expansion of their El Salvador call center by 120 seats. This expansion will bring The Office Gurus total number of employees in El Salvador supporting U.S. clients to more than 550 for a total of 900, between its call centers in the U.S., El Salvador, and Belize.
The expansion in El Salvador will help support the demand for The Office Gurus bilingual B2B and B2C support solutions in the areas of customer service, technical support, and telesales for a variety of customers headquartered in the U.S. “The availability of English speaking, accent-neutral agents, with a strong cultural affinity to the U.S. played a major role in our decision to continue to invest in the country,” said Dominic Leide, president of The Office Gurus. “The demand for our services is at an all-time high, and the additional capacity in all of our locations is going to allow us to continue to meet this demand.”
