Operations uses this data to create action plans designed to address the root cause for each area of opportunity in order to ensure that every metric meets or exceeds the target. KPI and Compliance is also in charge of verifying, measuring (using Key Risk Indicators) and communicating any risk that may exist. Risk Control is a system of internal controls that provides reporting to each operational area to assist in achieving our compliance goals.
