The custom-built call center will provide 1200 workstations and help accommodate an increased demand for The Office Gurus nearshore B2B and B2C support solutions in the areas of customer service, technical support, and telesales for a variety of customers headquartered in the U.S.
The ultra-modern building further demonstrates The Office Gurus commitment to both its employees and its client partners. As part of the design process The Office Gurus actively solicited feedback from both groups and was able to implement many new features that will further enhance employee engagement and the world class support they provide.
